Onboarding Terms and Conditions for Prept Meals

Welcome to Prept Meals! Please review the following terms and conditions before completing your purchase. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to these terms for your meal plan subscription:

  1. Weekly Recurring Plans
    • All meal plans are set to renew weekly.
    • Requests to skip a week or cancel your subscription must be submitted by Thursday at 5:00 PM to avoid charges for the upcoming week.
  2. Monthly Subscriptions
    • No skips are cancellations are to be made with monthly subscriptions upon signup (due to the fact that it is too difficult to track credit on accounts with monthly subscriptons
  3. Refund and Credit Policy
    • Charges made after Thursday at 5:00 PM are non-refundable.
    • A credit for future meals may be issued at the discretion of the Prept Team if a cancellation request is submitted after the cutoff.
  4. Meal Selection Process
    • Meal selections are submitted via text message to 877-674-3303.
    • If no selections are submitted, meals will be curated based on availability and preferences noted during onboarding.
  5. Delivery Information
    • Deliveries occur on Monday morning or Sunday evening.
    • If no delivery preference is specified, Prept Meals will select a delivery day on your behalf.
    • Drivers will send a message with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the start of their route.
  6. Delivery Responsibilities
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery and store the meals safely in refrigeration.
    • Prept Meals is not responsible for maintaining meal temperatures after delivery.
